They arrive on schedule and communicate in a manner that you can understand. I’ve dealt with another company in the past and felt like they we’re talking down to me and I thought that is how the industry treated home owners. However specialty flooring turned my whole overview of the industry on it’s head. They were clean and tidy and presented a extremely approachable and professional attitude. Best flooring company around period!
