  I was asked by a very good friend who owns a vacation home on Seabrook Island and lives out of state to oversee and give access for a fire place gas log set installation. All I can say is BEWARE of this company! They were so nice and helpful when we were buying the log set and paying them in full for a total turn key job which included propane tank and all gas lines installed according to all building codes. Once they were paid their attitude toward us changed. The people in the office were extremely rude and never knew anything.The supervisor was never in the office and did not have a cell phone. I would leave messages for him and most times met with no response. It was a nightmare from the beginning. They failed all inspections from Charleston County, I had to get the gas pipes ground wire installed and a co detector installed myself just to get the inspection to pass. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 yrs as a General Contractor. This company knows nothing of building codes and act as if they could care less.

  Called and made an appointment to repair a 20 yr old gas fireplace that was one of the brand's M&M carries (Majestic). They came on time and fixed it for only the cost of the service appointment. Two other plumbers have come previously and neither could get it working. M&M easily could have just sold me more parts or told me I needed a new unit and I wouldn't have known otherwise. Very fair and friendly company to work with.
